Compass to Connection
Description
When home could be anywhere, where do you truly belong?
As nomads, expats, or globally-rooted locals, we move fluidly between cultures, places, and people.
But even in constant movement, many of us crave one thing: meaningful connection.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll slow down and explore what it really means to feel rooted — in your body, your relationships, and your current place in the world.
Through movement, creative expression, and body-based inquiry, you’ll rediscover what supports your sense of belonging — and where connection may be asking for something deeper or more aligned.
You’ll walk away with:
* A felt sense of what authentic connection means to you
* Embodied insights and creative tools to carry into daily life
* A renewed sense of presence — and people who just get the path you’re on
This is a space for anyone navigating the beautiful complexity of borderless living — and longing to feel more anchored within.
