But instead of giving gifts to existing friends, we will be giving gifts to friends we haven’t met YET.

 

WHAT IS AMOR Y AMISTAD? 💜 Amor y Amistad, also known as Love and Friendship Day, is a beloved Colombian celebration that’s all about cherishing the bonds of love and camaraderie. It’s a day filled with heartfelt gestures, meaningful connections, and expressing appreciation for those who fill our lives with love. This event traces its origins back through generations, serving as a reminder to treasure the joy of both romantic and platonic relationships. Annnnd Amigo Secreto is a popular tradition practiced amongst friends.

• 🎁 Sign Up: Use this link to sign in your information. We will ask for your name, contact details, hobbies / interests.

• ✅ Register: If you are invited you’ll receive an invite with a special link to register and confirm your spot! This event will be limited to 25 people.
  
  
• 🙌🏽 Embrace the Mystery: ur event organizers will work their magic to pair you with a secret gift exchange partner. Think of it as receiving a surprise present from a mysterious friend!
  
  
• 🥰 Purchase / Create your gifts!: Now comes the fun part – selecting a thoughtful gift for your secret partner. Will it be a personalized gem or a delightful surprise? The choice is yours! Maximum spend will be 50,000 COP.
  
  
• 👀 The Grand Reveal: On the event day, we will unravel the mystery! Discover the identity of your secret gift-giver and reveal yourself to your amazed amigo. It’s a celebration of surprises and new connections!

The event is absolutely FREE.

However, this is a fundraising event for MDE Community, your free resource to Medellin events and community groups.

This movement has been self-funded for almost two years now and could use a little help to make sure we continue to give you resources that help you navigate your way through the city!

She is the founder of MDE Community and host of an array cool events across LATAM.
